Labelled positive-packet partitions
Each native packet consists of the actual chain interval excluding its final negative label. In patterns 0110, 1011 and 1101 only the source chain start is erased from its packet and inserted into a distinct destination packet. Gaps at least two ensure this occurrence exists and is positive in both rows. The four chain intervals are disjoint. The multiset partition preserves every physical occurrence once, including repeated numerical values. Empty packets are permitted. The sixteen negative orders are explicit permutations; no covariance of physical joint witnesses is assumed.
