Exact masks and source seams

Abstract

Actual descending block realization

The ordinary descending OR masks retain coincident bits once. Their physical capacities and nested supports give the exact inventory; the exact remaining-charge reserve criterion then yields Strong for the actual source word. The separate constructor that advances the lowest X positive requires its own third-seam charge and is not covered by this ordinary-branch lemma.
