The remaining a>=5 sectors use the ceiling and parity tail; the remaining a=3,4 sectors with H>=2 use the scaled families, while H=0,1 uses the mod-72 residue families or generic tail. The literal late fresh charge remains in its unique residue sector. All exponents remain unbounded.
