Actual J2 Short Circle Rows

Abstract

The literal short U and AB rows are proved by reflected rotation induction and actual positive rotation coordinates. The contact circle has two F2 b cuts, at rotations zero and m-1, while the marked b edge has rotation m; its short row avoids all three. The final supplier gaps and lower row have distinct cuts and marks. The two initial core circles use their actual a cuts. These consumed helpers earn actual surviving adjacencies before the complete words are assembled.

The private proof declarations in this module are consumed by the actual surviving-word component construction. No separate specialization or unproved endpoint interface is exported.
