Wesley’s 2026 arXiv paper proves a three-color accessibility obstruction for the Fibonacci numbers. Its modulus-29 parameter motivates the rational phase certificates in the present two-color refutation; the paper does not settle Landman–Robertson–Robertson’s 2-super-accessibility question.
