System aliasing for sampled matrix exponentials
The cited primary record is arXiv:1605.06973v1. Section II.A, Theorem 1 gives uniqueness of the principal logarithm in the open strip . Definition 5 defines system aliasing through nonunique continuous-time generators, and Section III.A with Theorem 4 relates sampling restrictions to prior spectral information.
The LocalClock application uses this only as a classical boundary: a sampled scalar phase can have exact aliases, while the calibrated two-wait five-mode calculation is proved directly from its phase factors. The source-specific fibre inverse, the mixed-wait criterion, physical clock realization and any arbitrary multitime record law are not claims of this paper. The non-strict endpoint printed in its sampling statement is not imported as an equality-at-Nyquist guarantee.
