title: Actual mixed-sixth coefficient and conditional complete-bin interface
doi: null
url: https://arxiv.org/abs/2610.12234v2
claim: Repo-derived conditional paper applications pay the exact joint-Euler short-cofactor Type-I component and the modified large-prime collision term, identify the complete remaining coefficient, conditionally pay its original-row-conductor sector through Q^(1/2), above every M4 plain length, with one explicit common-cost budget, rule out a coefficient-norm power saving and two specified coefficient simplifications, and quantify the implication of an unproved neighborhood mixed-sixth moment for the original-W0 bare nonunit C93-C97 consumer. The original detector and annular A=A_R+E route are conditionally composed with the supplied fixed-local C118 parent to bound the final aggregate profile cost; the absolute-line R identity is not an arithmetic supplier. Full mixed moment, C68/J40, signed Robin and RH remain open; no source-proof, Lean or priority certification is supplied.

Actual mixed-sixth coefficient and conditional complete-bin interface
This repo-derived application companion uses the Liu source card
and the reduced-frequency owner. The source
metadata locates that research line; the deductions below are not
statements attributed to Liu’s paper. They are conditional paper
mathematics. Analytic source proofs and their transports remain named, unverified
premises. The fixed-local envelope application below uses those printed
laws; larger component-family availability remains a separate premise.
There is no new analytic supplier, Lean certification or originality claim.
The finite-height application M41–M46 uses the fixed cutoff and specifies its complete unpaid remainder. The small original-row-conductor application M47–M56 pays only its stated original-row sector when the common height and envelope costs fit the explicit gap; the complementary complete remainder stays open. The bounded-valuation cap application M57–M62 uses the physical-row count, full original inverse and fixed plain reflection to include under one stated common-cost condition, retaining the same coefficient and full complement.
The original-generator composition M63–M68 bounds the actual fixed-local coupled envelope through the original annular arithmetic inputs and their printed laws; it supplies no full mixed-moment saving.

The application consequences retained here are the quantitative collision and joint-Euler short-cofactor mixed-moment payments, complete modified-remainder equivalence, the exact four-prime coefficient test, two restricted diagnostic failures, and the quantified neighborhood-moment interface to that existing complete consumer. Old degree-two applications and the generic quadratic/cubic obstruction are not counted as additional results. The existing actual sextic experiment is already linked by the Liu source card; none of the implications here requires new experimental code or data.
The complete coefficient and remaining target
Work over with the original primary convention, fixed arithmetic exclusions , and . Ideals are counted once; physical element rows retain all original unit and labels. The rows are the complete retained nonunit sixth-power-free physical rows , including primitive inducing orders properly dividing six. The source’s finite exceptional-row treatment remains separate. is physical norm, never the norm of a primitive conductor.
Fix an original presentation , with conjugation as the meaning of the negative orientation even at zero. Use the same presentation and selected norm height in all three slots. For original smooth annular profiles, put
The last equality is exact zero-extended multiplicativity. There is no coprimality condition between the slots. All original row-collision zeros, small-prime overlaps, nonsquarefree columns and sixth-power tails remain. Annular weights prevent using an unrestricted identity to replace . Fixed finite multiplicative column corrections may be absorbed as in the owner; they do not change the three-slot convolution.
Write
The missing estimate is a strict saving below for , on an open neighborhood of , with the original finite labels, smooth parameters and polynomial height control. Every upper estimate below carries one original finite seminorm envelope and one polynomial height factor . The constants and finite orders are uniform on the stated compact length ranges. They are fixed before the small source height exponent is chosen; they are not separate reserves per slot, column decomposition or label.
A paid large-prime collision term
Let and define the internal coefficient split
Conditional on de Faveri’s theorem and the owned transport, throughout
one has, for every prescribed ,
Proof. The actual coefficient is supported on and is bounded by a fixed profile constant times $\tau_3(h)\ll_\varepsilon Q^\varepsilonh=ab^6a$ sixth-power-free, without imposing . On M4 one has . For sufficiently large , a prime of norm at least cannot divide , since then . Thus the collision survives in . For , elementary ideal counting gives
Only primes with enter the count. The bound uses ordinary ideal counting and its convergent tail; no new rough-prime sieve is invoked. Consequently, for each fixed ,
The exact character at this column is , with its remaining original zeros and fixed twist . Apply the owned finite-family transport and Theorem 1.1 at row norm and column norm at most . Enlarge only within this fixed- positive squared norm. The four sieve terms are monotone in column length, hence bounded by a fixed multiple of . Minkowski sums the row norms with weight ; . This proves the first bound.
For the largest exponent in is , so the collision exponent is . At its margin below is
On M4, and
This proves M5, including fixed support constants and sufficiently large ; bounded remaining is absorbed in the constant. The indicator in M3 commutes with all original profile derivatives. Apply the owned finite parameter Sobolev argument after the same estimates for those derivatives. It preserves the original envelope and one polynomial height cost.
The split includes collisions between every pair of slots and triple collisions. On M4 each plain slot contains at most one copy of a prime , since ; the Möbius slot is squarefree. There is no roughness condition on the other prime factors. In particular, retains every squarefree column and every column whose squared prime divisors are smaller than , with all small-prime gcds and sixth-power tails. It is not a total-squarefree projection or a replacement row family.
Exact remainder equivalence and interference
On the identical complete physical row space, . Both triangle inequalities give
Under M5, existence of a strict exponent saving below for is equivalent to existence of one for , after decreasing the saving below . This statement includes the original uniformity and costs; it is not a proof of either saving. In particular,
If with the common costs, Cauchy bounds the cross term by those costs times . Without that remainder estimate this interference has not independently been paid below .
The fixed-order owner’s lower-order-block proof uses only divisor bounds, the owned family/profile transport and row/column scales at least one. It therefore applies to at column scale , including its original finite corrections . In its notation each of is with the same costs. The exact identity is still on each label, where the on the right are unnormalized. Thus the unpaid part can also be expressed as the complete Hermitian actual-order-six contraction . Its original ratio-conductor zeros remain. The individual signed lower-order contractions need not be positive, and none of the owner’s special degree-two pure-power consumers is asserted for this triple coefficient.
A lower bound for the complete remainder coefficient
For every fixed nonzero complex smooth annular , on any compact subset of containing M4, for sufficiently large ,
The constants may also depend on the compact set and fixed arithmetic data. This is an assertion about the actual coefficient, not the row moment or a sixth-power-compressed coefficient with cancellations between values.
Proof. Set and . The strict wedge gives , with fixed power gaps on the compact set. Choose four distinct good primes with norms up to fixed relative factors. Choose their small normalized intervals so that lies in an interval on which is bounded below, and both lie where is bounded below. Such intervals exist even for complex profiles. The last two can be chosen disjoint inside a nonzero interval.
For , the only divisors in the plain annulus are : the unit and are too small, is too large, and every divisor with at least two primes is too large. Hence the complete original coefficient has exactly two summands, both with and :
There are no other divisor terms available to cancel this value. The
fixed-field prime-ideal theorem, in the form of the pinned primary’s
lem:ray-prime-normalizer, gives respectively
primes in these
fixed relative intervals. Unique ideal factorization gives bounded
multiplicity for . There are therefore such
squarefree , proving M8. If fixed ray classes are needed, choose
compatible fixed classes and use the corresponding fixed extension;
no growing-ray prime theorem is invoked. The lower constant is for fixed
profiles, not arbitrary profiles varying with or height.
Multiplication by an allowed good-ideal ray character has modulus one; negative orientation has the same norm. In particular, is false for every fixed . At the generic sieve exponent is
One cannot pay that gap by a power saving in the complete coefficient norm. M8 does not prove sharpness of the generic sieve on , give a row-moment lower bound, exclude inter-column cancellation, or refute the mixed-moment target. The four-prime packet diagnoses the full coefficient; it is not substituted for the complete physical rows or polynomial.
The actual quadratic residual after pair Poisson
Reuse the generic Poisson construction in the fixed-order owner. First majorize the complete positive row norm by its fixed smooth nonnegative annular majorant, and only then expand it. For an actual ratio pair let be its primitive inducing character with full conductor , and let contain every original zero-support prime absent from . The ratio is . The owner’s finite sixth-power-free expansion in , divisor sum over , primitive ramified factors and entire nonzero dual sum remain unchanged. There is no comparison of signed contractions by enlarging rows.
For a diagnostic pair take squarefree coprime in the same original primary ray class. The existing formulas give and root number , where and is the retained fixed-class phase. For positive orientation the actual paired coefficient, apart from the unchanged transform and factors, is , with
It vanishes when . On M9, writing ,
Both allowed plain-slot assignments give the same value, including every Gauss and reciprocity phase. Their quadratic residual does not cancel. No scalar formula is being asserted for nonsquarefree . For the term and a fixed , the natural dual scale is ; at M2 its exponent is . This observation discards none of the other terms.
Here is an exact finite coefficient obstruction. Fix such an and a disjoint same-class squarefree with nonzero original coefficient. Let be the full unit group modulo and the fixed bad modulus. By CRT there is with , and at every other good prime in and at the bad modulus. A good sextic local character is surjective. Multiplication preserves all local cubic data and fixed bad-ray labels, but
Thus the orthogonal projection of onto cubic-data-only functions on the uniform finite group is zero. Indeed, every such function is invariant under , so averaging and translating by gives . In particular,
This rejects an exact cubic-only coefficient replacement and a small mean-square coefficient error on that complete finite group. It gives no lower bound on the actual weighted dual annulus or physical-row moment. Multiplication by need not preserve that annulus.
The general moving quadratic/cubic coupling is already in the owner. In its complete unpaid order-six block, the good conductor of is the concrete parity difference
Small-prime gcds and sixth-power tails do not remove this component. On the disjoint squarefree test its conductor is . This identifies the part that must be estimated jointly, rather than supplying its bound.
Effective numerator in the direct plain-slot action
Fix squarefree pairwise coprime on the actual coefficient support and a dual coprime to their product. After the owned Gauss CRT and fixed ray decomposition, the dependence is exactly
The equality is . Fixed finite-class factors are retained before summation. If the primary/E-primary transport contributes a fixed bad-prime numerator , the literal supplier numerator is , not with that factor discarded. This bounded factor does not change any exponent below.
Gao–Zhao v2 Lemma 4.1, followed by the existing finite-class transport, puncture inclusion-exclusion and annular partial summation, supplies
with the owned divisor/subpower puncture costs. This is a sum over the complete squarefree plain annulus for fixed outer data, not a theorem for a prime-restricted subset, arbitrary modulus-dependent weights or the Möbius-weighted inverse slot. Both displayed terms require for a fixed power saving over .
On M9 take . The three cofactor primes occur to exponent four in , so even reducing sixth powers of does not remove them when . At the critical lengths, even bounded gives
Writing , the two exponents supplied for that inner sum are
At both exceed : their ratios to are respectively and . At the natural they are larger still. The strict failure persists on an open critical neighborhood. Thus this direct invocation provides no saving even before paying outer variables, height costs or the remaining Poisson terms. It is a failure of the supplied bound for this action, not a lower bound or a counterexample to the complete moment. Writing the fourth power as an inverse square modulo each varying would change a fixed integral numerator theorem into a denominator-uniform one; no such theorem has been supplied.
The inverse slot has the legitimate owned cubic conversion, but retains a quadratic factor. With , , and the pinned primary’s phase functions , on its M11 value at M9 is
This uses the existing identities and the exact additive-character transport ; here has DDDS’s own additive convention. This transport is reused as documented in the owner with its v2 citation; it is not a nonsquarefree-column identity. The separate comparison with DDDS v3 §6 below does not identify the two revisions. That section estimates its particular cubic Gauss series, with and mean square . It does not remove or its moving quadratic conductor. The fixed-order owner’s B2 growing-ray bound retains an explicit extra conductor cost; that cost cannot be replaced by a constant as varies. These are supplier boundaries, not additional analytic estimates.
Conditional neighborhood moment and every detector witness
Assume that there exist fixed such that, uniformly for
every original fixed label and orientation and the entire original annular profile/height class satisfy
The hypothesis includes quantitative uniformity for the finitely many parameter derivatives required by the source smooth calculus. are fixed independently of , row, label and length pair in this neighborhood. H is unproved. A pointwise bound for one fixed profile, one pair of lengths, a primitive-conductor family or a sparse physical sector does not satisfy H.
If instead a bound of this form is assumed only for the complete from M3, with parameters , first set
This is a smaller open intersection with M4’s paid collision neighborhood, not an extension of M5 to . M5 and M7 then give H on this smaller neighborhood with the displayed , retaining the cross term and common costs. All consumer choices below must use these reduced parameters. A remainder assertion outside that intersection alone has no such implication.
Use the existing common buffered bins from C93–C94, with the same fixed for both actual C80 sides, all labels, orientations and conjugates. Fix and put
Let
Fix the explicit positive parameters
On this interval , , and . In particular is a permitted detector setting, and . Differentiating M19 on these compact ranges gives
We show that H conditionally bounds every such complete bin by after fixing sufficiently small internal losses. Fix an original label and a dyadic witness pair. The source supplies the same row, presentation, zero, height and simultaneous individual saturation for . With aggregate geometric and counting errors allocated at most , Markov and the old moments give count exponents
where is available only inside H’s neighborhood. Its denominator is justified by the simultaneous lower bound ; witnesses from different rows or different presentations have not been multiplied. The original length conditions imply
The source also retains and the lower boundary; no equality or relation is imposed.
Long witnesses, including . For , . By M19 and M23,
The finite union loss of at most another leaves more than saving. There is no condition on in this branch.
Short witnesses paid by one marginal. If and either
the appropriate old moment pays the witness. Its two losses leave at least saving. Equality in M24 is included.
Localization of every remaining short witness. Failure of both inequalities gives the separate upper bounds
Combine each with M23 and the other upper bound to get
Using , and M21 proves and . Since , every remaining pair lies strictly within H. This step uses both marginal failures separately, on the full allowed two-dimensional length region.
Mixed payment of the remaining witnesses. The identity and the preceding upper bound for imply
Since , M22 yields
Including the finite union, this is at most if
The right side is bounded above by
This proves the asserted complete-bin saving with unused reserve.
Boundaries and actual witness selection. The long case contains , where is continuous. At the plain moment gives at most before its counting error, while
Thus the boundary and its original small error strip are paid; the zero-slot plain fourth moment has no bounded-nonnegative-length restriction. With , a short cannot satisfy M23, since . The lower boundary , the upper boundary and every intermediate pair are covered by the same cases.
Partition each bin by its original finite label and orientation and its dyadic length pairs. Rowwise profile and height choices are handled before summing rows: apply the source parameter Sobolev inequality to . Every derivative is a finite sum of , and
H for the original derivative-stable annular class controls these terms with the same exponent. Derivatives change profiles, not arithmetic coefficients. The inverse cutoff parameter lies in a fixed compact interval, the real exponent lies in a compact interval, and the original height parameters range over intervals of size . The finite Sobolev covers cost one fixed polynomial in . Analogous owned arguments apply to the marginal moments. Pointwise profile estimates without these quantitative derivative costs would leave this step open. No arbitrary row-dependent arithmetic weights or uncontrolled nets occur.
The original common and buffered bins are fixed once, before choosing . The original buffered maximum is independent of ; changing that permitted detector setting in finitely many bins only changes its cutoff/smooth parameters. Extra deletions remain in C81–C94, and do not redefine or the detector zeros.
Quantified complete C93–C97 consumer
Continue to assume H, the old detector and moments, C77–C97’s source premises and the actual original coupled-envelope premise. Retain precisely C87’s bare branch: original , corefree/common-, , source projector , , , , , and no additional angular multiplier, with R43’s genuine fixed ideal-ray quotient and original total class. These capital consumer scales are distinct from the detector lengths in M1. Use the literal of C80–C81, , and all four choices on both sides. Keep the original , signs, phases, product squarefreeness, class-selector mass, defining-modulus and collision zeros, and every original mask.
Define the positive reserves
Every entry is strictly positive; in particular . After the finite loss choices below, for every final one finite original order satisfies
This is a conditional consequence for the complete specified nonunit branch, not the missing mixed estimate itself.
Counts and every repeated frequency. Set for , retain the old elsewhere, and retain at the floor. The old high branch is still for . For the lower density branch the exact complement identity is
This follows by substitution into M19; the numerator is the square of with the displayed coefficient. Since , outside the improved interval it gives a reserve at least . Inside, M19 and M28 give . No assumption that all rows have critical is made.
Use C95 unchanged except for this count exponent. It counts every
from C79, with all six units, original finite labels, every integral ideal , its factors and every overlap with . There is no restriction , or squarefreeness of . The physical reduced part is good sixth-power-free; lower inducing orders remain. For , the source row norm is and the consumer columns stay at , not . The resulting C95 bound is
For , use and to replace this by $\mathcal H_{i,J}(R)^2R^{\widetilde d_\alpha} U^{\widetilde d_\alpha+2\min(\alpha,7/8)+\text{small loss}}$, with . The remaining branches are all strictly below before losses:
- The floor has exponent .
- The cap starts at , outside M20. There is maximized at and equals .
- The other density branch has .
- If , retain C95’s negative- argument, giving at most ; substituting an upper endpoint for a negative power would be invalid.
- For , retain C84’s .
M28 and these reserves are precisely the entries of M26. Thus summing all original bins and physical dyads gives M27 once aggregate losses are at most ; the chosen leaves further unused reserve. The argument changes neither C94’s actual-coefficient contour nor any source density count outside the fixed critical interval.
One finite loss and height order. The following order of choices makes the count, suprema and complete consumer simultaneous. First fix H’s (using H0 if applicable), then M20 and M26. Given a desired final exponent allowance , choose
Let dominate the finitely many absolute detector error constants and loss coefficients on the compact ranges. Choose the preliminary detector/moment powers at most , reducing further for their fixed finite sums, so each aggregate in M22–M23 is at most . Choose one bin mesh
where is the source detector’s admissibility threshold for those powers. Fix all internal old/mixed moment and parameter-Sobolev orders now. The finite label/dyadic union costs at most one further for sufficiently large .
Let dominate the sum of the now fixed polynomial height orders and source detector height requirements. Only now choose
Fixed multiples satisfy the prescribed source height bounds for sufficiently large . Retain the original cumulative frequency fractions within the single source allowance; none is restarted at a later shift. Take sufficiently large for all errors to be below and all fixed/polylogarithmic count factors to fit their allocations. Since , the choices work uniformly over every retained physical dyad; . Bounded remaining is absorbed in the fixed constant.
Keep C94’s finite buffered contours for both literal columns and all four terms. Its actual puncture range remains . Allocate its contour-width, at-most-six -factor, polynomial-deletion, old-count, bin and dyadic losses in total at most . This is possible by reducing each primitive power by the fixed sum of its coefficients, as above. All constants may depend on and the fixed data; no claim uniform as is made.
Only after is fixed choose external Mellin/Fourier tail orders. For C94 take an integer with , where is its absolute-line exponent independent of that external order, and meet the original detector’s tail requirements as well. This does not increase the internal height order already used to choose . Enlarge the final original seminorm order once for all these finite requirements and shell decay . Use the single original coupled measure and its one base envelope at this . Its fixed or polylogarithmic size and actual availability at that finite order are premises, not consequences of H. No envelope is multiplied or reset per row, mask, , label, bin, dyad, shell or component. An eta-only envelope still needs the existing R43–R46 conversion to this base envelope.
Entire weighted large- tail and restoration. For , retain C96: the original divisor bound and all full frequencies give energy . No extrapolation of density counts or polynomial-puncture ranges is made. The same original envelope has
Consequently the dyadic tail is , which for is below the claimed scale. For , apply Cauchy to M27 for the two actual columns on the same complete nonunit frequency set, and integrate once against this same . Equal improvements on both sides preserve , not . The ball uses , and shell decay sums every remaining .
Finally reuse C97’s normalization exactly once: cancels the raw Gauss-pairing , and restores the two original factors. Thus for precisely the original signed local bare nonunit contribution,
Taking displays a strict reserve under all named premises. There is no extra area, inverse Gauss, division by six or second factor and no unweighted infinite-energy assertion.
A paid short-cofactor Type-I application
Under the named source premises, reuse C25’s exact smooth split on M1’s rows and presentation. Fix with , and the same smooth , equal to one up to one and zero from two onward. Set and . Eventually , uniformly on M4. Writing the reused coefficient explicitly at these scales gives
Here counts ideal divisors. This is C25 at different lengths. The squarefree condition and are internal to the Möbius slot; they impose no new condition between the three M1 slots.
The joint squarefree-Hecke quotient retains the Möbius coupling. Take throughout this application. For each retained M1 row, the joint series on has C25–C26’s local factor:
At each prime this is C26’s correction divided by ; the squarefree denominator is exposed exactly. There are no pure monomials in the correction. The geometric denominators give a row-independent coefficient absolute-mass majorant on every compact subdomain of
since, writing ,
The same bound holds for the coefficient absolute mass of the local deviation after geometric expansion. The Euler product is holomorphic in this tube and bounded uniformly in the row and imaginary parts when the real parts range over a compact subset of the displayed region. Its reciprocal is never used, so its zeros require no exclusion. At an original zero prime , every local factor is one, also for ; squaring does not restore a value on a nonunit. A norm twist of height squares to a twist of height .
The pinned primary’s detector conductor bounds give primitive conductor
and deletion radical for
the original presentation. The primitive conductor of its squared
finite-order character divides that of the character before squaring;
the original deletion primes remain. Thus the same global Hecke strip
and lem:logarithmic-control apply to the numerator and the reciprocal
denominator, with their actual heights and the full finite-order Hecke premise.
There is no principal numerator among retained rows: a good prime of with valuation gives local order , which a fixed -supported twist cannot cancel. Rows supported only on form the original bounded exceptional set; M1 already leaves their treatment separate. They are not newly deleted here. All nonprincipal lower inducing orders remain; a principal square, including on quadratic rows, is allowed.
For small fixed , put . On the right line
, logarithmic control gives a subpower upper bound for the
primitive nonprincipal numerator. Its functional equation gives conductor
power on the reflected line . Strip
interpolation, using lem:hecke-strip-growth for the growth condition,
therefore yields, after restoring the original deleted factors,
The conductor bound does not replace the physical row scale. Use the
full imprimitive quotients throughout. By lem:deleted-euler-factors,
all original deletion factors and their reciprocals cost
on the fixed positive real lines used here, uniformly in height.
Write for . It is holomorphic and rapidly decreasing vertically on each fixed positive line: integration by parts puts its derivative on the compact transition interval . The annular Mellin transform is entire and rapidly decreasing. Exact double Mellin inversion of M31 on absolute lines gives
Here , so both variables retain their original joint weight. First move from to with . Then move from to with . Both moves stay in
In the first move ; in the second it is at least . Thus M32’s correction stays in its absolute-mass domain. The existing global strip makes both and holomorphic and subpower throughout. A principal squared character’s pole at is a zero of its reciprocal; the norm-twisted pole has the same property. The retained numerator is nonprincipal and entire. The pole of at zero is not crossed. Rapid Mellin decay and the existing global polynomial growth pay the finite joins and passage to infinite contours, including the coupled heights and the original norm twists.
On the final plane and . The latter lies between M33’s two lines, and its numerator conductor exponent is exactly . Absorb into the prescribed on the compact length ranges by choosing sufficiently small. The joint integral therefore gives
Here denotes this original profile’s required finite seminorms.
The last line uses the original complete physical-row zero-slot plain
fourth moment with its original
profile and height costs. In lem:plain these are
two plain lengths , no live prime slots and physical allowance one;
bounded nonnegative lengths have no further restriction. No extra
puncture is passed to that supplier. The positive dyadic norm may be
bounded by its original complete positive row norm, preserving every
lower inducing order. M35 explicitly pays the displayed power of .
At , M35’s exponent and its reserve on M4 are
Squaring positive quantities proves the strict comparison. The whole Type-I mixed vector has a fixed reserve throughout M4 before losses.
All estimates hold for the finite profile and parameter derivatives required by the original smooth calculus. Derivatives of the weighted Type-II polynomial may use ; no derivative of the sharp auxiliary cutoff is needed. Profile derivatives and norm-height derivatives change smooth profiles or insert controlled logarithms, not arbitrary arithmetic coefficients depending on the row. Combine and the plain-fourth profile costs inside the one original coupled . The fixed finite label restoration and parameter Sobolev argument enlarge its order once and give one polynomial height factor. Fix those finite orders before choosing the small original height exponent and then external tail orders, as in M30. Availability of that single original envelope remains a premise; no component, slot, contour or dyad receives an independent reserve.
The complete modified remainder after both payments
M31 leaves the actual three-slot convolution
Only is squarefree. Slots may overlap, need not be squarefree, and the original small-prime gcds, zero extensions and sixth-power tails remain. Since , has the same annular support and a envelope. The coefficient identity underlying M31 expresses it as the original coefficient minus the Type-I convolution, so its profile derivatives obey the same contract before any collision cut, without differentiating .
Apply M5’s collision proof to this coefficient itself. Define
M5 needs only annular support, a divisor bound and the stated parameter stability; replaces at a subpower cost. Its exact compression, every mask and the physical-row transport remain unchanged. This applies the collision cut to the modified coefficient; it does not assert that a column mask contracts a previously paid Type-I vector.
On the identical complete physical row space, set and . Then
Both triangle inequalities and the exact interference identity give
A saving for bounds the cross term by the same costs times . Thus existence of a fixed open-neighborhood saving for the original full moment is equivalent to existence of one for this complete new remainder. For proposed parameters , one may use and , intersecting M4 and keeping the full derivative/height contract in both directions. No saving for is proved here; H, H0 and M19–M30 retain their original conditional meaning.
For squarefree , put . If , every allowed divides , so and . On the inverse annulus this includes prime and with . Balanced two-prime inverse factors remain: if is in the inverse annulus with , the allowed assignments in M31 give . Their correlations with the plain slots remain, and coefficients on other also change. In M9’s four-prime test, eventually, so M31 gives and , with the product of profiles in M12. This squarefree test survives. No coefficient-norm power saving, new sieve, source-proof verification, Lean certification or literature-priority conclusion is supplied.
What remains missing
The next missing analytic input is H for the complete actual coefficient, or equivalently a uniformly saving estimate for the complete in M37–M40 with on the stated smaller open intersection with M4, preserving the full smooth/height contract. The earlier route through H0 also remains valid. The paid Type-I and collision terms and lower-order blocks do not prove either estimate. M8 and the surviving four-prime test prevent coefficient-norm power savings from supplying it; M13–M17 prevent the specified cubic-only replacement or direct plain-slot invocation from supplying it. Joint row-correlated cancellation or a stronger compatible arithmetic estimate remains necessary along these routes. A single-pair bound leaves, for example, at : their sum is , both old marginal exponents exceed , and an estimate only at says nothing about them.
Even H plus the named original source and envelope premises gives only the specified original- bare nonunit branch. The original- principal reduced scalar, , other cores, common- and common-column branches, other branches, generalized profiles and finite/angular labels with their actual measure, bad duals and full J40 component table remain separate obligations. No all-annulus redesigned estimate, signed cutoff-change estimate or transfer of R46’s exceptional realization to is inferred. The original common-beta signed Möbius detector and aggregation, full physical-row restoration, full C68/J40, signed Robin and RH remain open. Citation and source-integrity checks do not independently certify any analytic source proof, original finite-order envelope or mathematical formalization.
A larger fixed Type-I cutoff from finite-height interpolation
Retain M1’s complete physical rows, original presentations and conjugates, both orientations, every original zero, finite unit/ label and nonprincipal lower inducing order. Reuse C25–C26 and M31–M34 for the exact coefficient, quotient and Mellin representation, and C29 and C87–C94 for the finite local-contour interface. Those applications do not supply the following reflected local-window estimate for the mixed-sixth Type-I vector at this cutoff. The maximum principle and finite-height interpolation are classical methods; the additional application is their parameter bridge to this coefficient and the original physical-row counts, not a new general interpolation, sieve, counting or splitting result.
All implications in this section are conditional on the same named
analytic suppliers and owned transports retained above. In particular,
the pinned primary’s full finite-order Hecke thm:main,
lem:logarithmic-control, lem:hecke-strip-growth, primitive functional
equation, lem:deleted-euler-factors, lem:buffered-bins,
lem:detector-dyads and original detector count remain unverified
premises. A Dirichlet-only boundary would not suffice. Availability and
fixed or polylogarithmic aggregate cost of the one original coupled
envelope at the final required finite order remain additional retained
premises, not a consequence of interpolation.
Buffered lines for every bin. On M4 fix, once for every row, in C25/M31. Since uniformly there, eventually, so the existing exact split applies. Use the original common bins of the primary, with all presentations already in its fixed conjugation-closed group. The global boundary gives . Put
Here denotes the row-scale height exponent. In the primary’s notation , , the corresponding source exponent is ; uniformly on its bounded range we also choose . The interpolation rectangles lie in in real part, with . For every , including the floor, the same right line is inside the supplied region . Direct reflection from would lack this premise when ; it is not used. The cutoff never depends on a bin or a presentation.
A finite Gaussian rectangle for the actual numerator. Translate the original pure norm twist into the ordinate and let be the primitive finite-order inducer. Its conductor and the complete original deletion radical are , as in M32. It is nonprincipal by the original good-prime ramification; the bounded -supported principal exceptions keep their separate original treatment. The local bin bound, after removing the deleted factors, gives for , with arbitrarily small . The primitive functional equation uses the conjugate presentation at , in the same symmetric window, and gives . Only an upper bound inside this strip is needed; numerator zeros are permitted.
For , take and . On the closed rectangle , , apply the maximum principle to
The two vertical sides have modulus at most : on the left the conductor powers cancel, since . Every boundary ordinate has absolute value at most . On the horizontal sides the source polynomial strip bound gives
Indeed , , and for the fixed positive . At the Gaussian has modulus . Restoring the original deleted factors on this positive real line therefore yields
The ordinate in this notation includes the translated original norm twist. The argument applies in fixed small real and imaginary neighborhoods needed for any prescribed finite Cauchy derivative order: has left margin at least , the reciprocal line has beyond , and the squared-strip and correction-tube margins are positive multiples of . For example radii below preserve all these strict inequalities and the unused height margin. Their conductor loss is ; constants and derivative orders are fixed before choosing . Equivalently, profile and norm-height derivatives insert the original smooth profiles and logarithmic weights. They do not create arbitrary row-dependent coefficients.
Finite inverse contours and a single height budget. Use M34’s exact integrand $\widehat W(w)\widehat V_M(t)A^wD^t \mathcal F_u(w+t,t)t2t_0$ while . Throughout this global move and , and M32’s correction remains in its absolute-mass tube. The numerator is entire. The global Hecke reciprocal premise controls the squared character with its actual doubled norm twist, even if it is principal: its pole at is a zero of the reciprocal, so no residue is introduced. Global polynomial bounds and Mellin decay justify these global joins.
On , , discard large added heights on these
global lines. In the two-coordinate case one may retain
. When other original separating
coordinates occur, list all of them, including , once in the
primary’s eq:stage-height-allocation: for the fixed argument matrix
take with
, where
is the total number of listed coordinates. Thus each buffered argument receives
total added height at most , above its original pure-twist
height at most . The same allocation covers the plain
slot and all original derivatives. No allowance is renewed.
For each retained , shift only the finite segment from to . Its numerator has real part and ordinate in M42’s range. Its original reciprocal has real part , and both finite horizontal joins stay inside the same local window. The squared-character reciprocal stays on the global line ; neither its doubled ordinate nor its character is assigned the original adaptive bin. On every segment,
Thus the full correction stays in its absolute-mass tube and never crosses its pole at zero. On a finite join, bound the numerator by the global polynomial bound, the squared reciprocal globally, the original reciprocal locally, and the correction by its absolute mass. The primary’s pointwise Mellin bound on compact real intervals pays these joins; its integrated tail bound pays the discarded parts on global lines. For every fixed external order the errors are at most , with and the internal height degrees fixed independently of . No locally shifted vertical contour is extended to infinite height.
M42 and the two reciprocal bounds on the retained contour now give
The second line is after paying the internal height powers. Before other losses the real-line displacement contributes exactly . The constants and losses are uniform on M4. No witness selected from another row or presentation enters this pointwise estimate.
Actual-bin consumption and strict reserve. On M4, .
The original lem:detector-dyads gives on the identical row and
presentation with its original
profile costs. For the nonfloor count is
, where
, and . Hence the high-bin
exponent, and an upper exponent covering every low bin including the
floor by the trivial count, are
For the derivative inequality use and ; throughout the high interval . For low bins M41 gives and . Also , proving the last comparison on all M4. Thus one high endpoint controls both branches, without a transition bin omission. At the center it is , with M4 variation at most ; the low center is with variation at most .
The remaining strict margin after the requested Type-I reserve has the following rational certificate:
Both quantities compared by squaring are positive. To obtain the last line, fix a total loss strictly below for the finite derivative and Sobolev orders required by the original application. Choose and all preliminary source, deletion and counting powers sufficiently small for that allocation. Fix the resulting internal polynomial height degrees, including those for the plain estimate and any rowwise parameter choices; then choose one positive small enough to pay their sum and every original detector constraint. Only then choose large enough that and all original external tails are negligible. Increasing that order differentiates untwisted profiles, not the translated pure twist, and does not increase an internal height degree already paid. Include the finitely many bins, dyads and polylogarithmic costs in the same total loss. Enlarge once for these external orders and all original labels and parameter derivatives. The final integration uses the one actual original coupled measure and its envelope at that order. Its availability and stated aggregate cost are still required premises; this deduction does not construct it, nor assign an envelope per slot, contour or bin.
The complete remainder at this cutoff. Denote by , and exactly M31 and M37 with . The unpaid coefficient is
The hypotheses of M38 are unchanged: this coefficient has the same annular support, , the same envelope for its convolution, and the same profile stability from without differentiating . Reuse M38 for its whole collision term and M39–M40 for this same complete row space. In those formulas replace by . M45 implies the older, weaker Type-I payment needed there, so the combined bound retained from M39 is with the common costs. This combined reserve is ; the in M45 belongs to Type-I alone. M40’s original full-target equivalence and parameter reductions apply verbatim to this complete , preserving the interference term and full derivative/height contract. They prove no saving for it.
The support exclusion from M31 still holds, but other Type-II coefficients also change. M9’s squarefree four-prime test survives, since on M4 . Thus its original inequalities hold eventually, and M31’s existing evaluation gives and as in M12. This reuses the coefficient obstruction; it is neither a remainder-moment lower bound nor a repeated obstruction proof. The original full mixed-sixth target H, equivalently a saving for the complete M46 remainder under M38–M40, remains unpaid. H0 and M19–M30 retain their original conditional meaning. Full envelope availability, original-W0 C68/J40 branches and restoration, the signed Robin estimate and RH remain open. No source-proof audit, new analytic supplier, Lean, priority or full-remainder certification is asserted.
Small original-row conductors in the complete remainder
Retain precisely M1’s physical rows, original presentations, common
selected norm heights, finite labels, orientations and zeros, throughout
M4. This is a repo-derived conditional application of the pinned
primary’s primitive reflection and finite smooth calculus to M1 and M46.
The functional equation, entireness, tame conductor interface and original
finite-order coupled-envelope availability are retained analytic premises;
no analytic source proof is certified here.
| Existing result | Consumer and correspondence |
|---|---|
| Liu source card, low primitive conductors | The primitive conductor belongs to a ratio between two columns, after expanding an inverse-fourth moment. Its complete-row kernel and long-ratio-conductor remainder do not estimate the M1 mixed-sixth moment on a subset of original rows. |
| Fixed-order owner, lower-order blocks | Orders two, three and six refer to column ratios in the Gram expansion. Those paid contractions are distinct from the primitive conductor of the original character on one physical row. |
| Conductor-sensitive physical-row applications, §§467–468 | These already use original-row conductors and ordinary reflection for the two-factor convolution at . Their parity/cube residue cuts and energy consumer differ from M1’s three slots at M4 and the complete M46 coefficient. Their conductor and reflection mechanisms are reused. |
Pinned primary, lem:hecke-strip-growth and “Fixed masks and reflection,” old-eq:2.1a–old-eq:2.1d; lem:smooth-calculus | Primitive finite-order reflection, exact deleted-factor normalization and finite Mellin bounds are suppliers. The application below is the original-row sector estimate and its transfer to M46, with no new general reflection theorem or priority claim. |
Original conductor and fixed deletions. Fix an original
, ,
where is one of the original fixed -supported ray characters.
Let be its primitive finite-order inducer after removing the
original pure norm twist of height . Write for
its good ideal part and for the redundant original
zero-only radical, disjoint from the primitive conductor. The pinned
primary’s par:physical-row-ramification and tameness give
Here is the original fixed arithmetic datum. At every good prime with valuation , the local order is , unaffected by or the orientation. The tame conductor exponent is exactly one. Thus there is no moving good zero-only prime, and the bounded -factor is retained in . This is the original primitive finite conductor, not its square, the conductor after squaring the character, or a column-ratio conductor. Rows with good support are nonprincipal and use entireness. The bounded -supported principal exceptions retain their separate original treatment. The cut is made for each original presentation, at its declared dyadic ; it is held fixed under profile derivatives. Scale boxes change only by fixed comparison factors. No new row-dependent puncture, growing angular type or enlarged character family is admitted.
For clarity, in uncentered notation for the original norm twist define
.
The finite deleted-factor identity already supplied by old-eq:2.1a is
A centered original twist multiplies both sides by its same overall phase . The original divisor phase, the norm twist and are all present; the quotient variable keeps its natural zeros and is unrestricted at the redundant primes. This identity does not replace original deletions by an arbitrary mask.
The short dual scale in the actual plain slots. Fix an integer , independently of . Apply Mellin inversion to each primitive sum in M48, translating the same original norm twist to the ordinate, and shift to . Entireness gives no residue. In the functional equation the conductor scale is , a fixed multiple of M47’s . On this line, with , the gamma quotient has the bound $|\Gamma(1-s+it_u)/\Gamma(s-it_u)|\ll_B (1+|v-t_u|)^{2B}L1/2+B>1$, where absolute Euler convergence is uniform. The pinned finite Mellin calculus pays this degree- integral and the horizontal joins using finitely many original profile derivatives, for example decay order greater than . Consequently, for a sufficiently large finite ,
The second estimate is absolute ideal counting in the original inverse annulus. In the first estimate M48 contributes the finite mass , bounded in terms of . Equivalently, the fixed deleted Euler factors are bounded on the shifted line. Neither step replaces the physical row norm by in a sieve. The same estimates apply to all required original derivative profiles after increasing ; logarithms from norm-height derivatives are absorbed in the final prescribed loss. No derivative acts on the row cut.
Let bound the actual total common norm heights after all original separations and translations, so for every retained slot and row. At the final finite order require the one original squared product/coupled envelope to control and the corresponding derivative products under the original integration and parameter restoration. All fixed label, frequency aggregation and measure costs belong to this same envelope. This is its existing availability and aggregate-cost premise, not a construction of it from separate slot envelopes. Direct pointwise uniformity in M49 permits the original rowwise profile and height choices; it requires no uncontrolled net of arithmetic coefficients.
There are actual physical rows, even when many rows induce the same primitive character. Thus for every fixed , integer and final , uniformly on M4 under these premises,
Every slot and all original interference remain inside ; this is a positive original-row restriction, not a primitive-conductor family count. Required mixed derivatives are finite sums of and obey the same estimate with that single enlarged envelope.
For an explicit paid interpretation put . If the original height and coupled costs satisfy and , the explicit strict-gap condition for M50 throughout M4 is
The harmless constant in is absorbed for fixed ; the resulting bound is . This is one total loss budget. In particular, a fixed permits a finite choice of only if the final required envelope orders are available and their actual aggregate costs satisfy M51. It does not give arbitrary power saving at fixed unconstrained height or envelope cost. Fix and all internal derivative and height degrees before choosing the one small source height exponent, which must also meet M41–M45’s constraints; external decay orders may then enlarge as there. Availability and cost at that final , rather than at a lower order, remain premises.
Proper-cube physical rows. An included concrete block is
Here are the original finite unit and labels, and denotes its original primary presentation. All good valuations are exactly three. A fixed can give the full inducing character higher order; the block is not asserted to consist of quadratic presentations. Its good nonunit rows are still nonprincipal. The count uses and ordinary ideal counting, with bounded multiplicity from the original finite labels.
Taking in M49 and using this actual row count gives
At M2 its exponent is , with gap below . The worst upward variation on M4 is . Thus, with the same height/envelope convention, a sufficient strict-gap condition for this original moment block is
where the inclusion holds for sufficiently large , uniformly on M4, including the fixed conductor and annular constants. Principal -supported rows remain separate. M53 estimates the unmodified M1 product; it does not assume that Type-I subtraction leaves a plain factor in the M46 remainder.
Lawful projection of the complete M46 vector. Keep exactly and from M46, on the same complete physical row space. Let be multiplication by in those original row coordinates, for each original label and orientation. Reuse M38–M40 and M45, with a common finite large enough for both that payment and M50. With covering their fixed height degree in the same common allowance,
This uses contraction of an orthogonal original-row projection. It neither masks columns of a paid vector nor factorizes . The coefficient, Möbius coupling, collision zeros and every within-row interference term are unchanged. Finite label/presentation sums are restored with their actual common cost, without declaring distinct presentations to be independent rows.
Put . With the same and , M50 and M55 give
All preliminary small powers, finite bins/dyads, required original parameter derivatives and frequency integrations must fit this single final allocation. The minimum retains the existing combined reserve ; M45’s stronger Type-I-only reserve is not substituted for it. The same M55 argument with the projection onto transfers M53 to that M46 row block, with the minimum of its original-moment gap and the paid-error gap.
Under M56’s strict-gap condition this removes only the indicated small original-row-conductor sector from the complete M46 task. A strict saving on its complementary original rows , with the same open-neighborhood, derivative, height and coupled-envelope contract, is still needed; together with M56 it would save the complete remainder. Any separate original exceptions and heights outside the paid allowance retain their original obligations. The full H and complete M46 estimate remain unproved. Even full H under the existing named premises serves only M19–M30’s original- bare nonunit branch; it does not supply full C68/J40, signed Robin or RH. There is no new analytic supplier, source-proof certification, Lean verification or priority claim.
A bounded-conductor cap above the plain length
Retain M1’s three original slots, M4 and exactly M46’s coefficient and cutoff. The single application here takes the fixed parameters , and . It combines existing reciprocal control, primitive plain reflection and a count of physical rows, then applies M55’s projection on those identical rows. All printed analytic inputs below, conductor identification, paid errors and the actual final coupled envelope remain ASSUMED-UNVERIFIED premises; this is conditional paper mathematics.

| Pinned primary, main theorem, logarithmic control, deleted Euler factors and full inverse Mellin identity | The original-character reciprocal on a fixed strip above , including the principal reciprocal, and the complete inverse polynomial. Their mechanisms and paid blocks are reused. The theory’s primary pin differs from the present pin and is not identified with it. |
A bounded comparison of these owners and related Library/theory keyword and formula matches found no exact dominating three-slot M1/M46 half-cap consumer. This is not an exhaustive literature or priority claim. The retained content is this consumer and its costs, not a new inverse-shift, reflection, count or projection theorem.
The full original inverse and the fixed plain line. To display the original twist explicitly, let denote the finite original presentation and let be its original bounded real weight and pure norm height. With , reuse the complete identity
The untwisted case is M1; the translated profiles retain their original parameters. This is of the original character, not a squared character ratio, Type-I piece or punctured replacement. The already imported global Hecke reciprocal contract on has fixed margin . An upper bound on alone would not give M57. The primitive conductor and complete original deletion radical are , and the supplied positive-strip deleted-factor bounds charge while retaining the exact zero extensions. The reciprocal is holomorphic along the shift to ; a principal -pole, including its norm translate, is a removable reciprocal zero and gives no residue. The power is . The global reciprocal and finite smooth calculus pay vertical tails, pointwise horizontal joins and required derivatives at a finite final , with fixed internal height degree ; squaring gives . Small powers and derivative logarithms share the final prescribed .
The primary detector-dyads supplier already treats this same complete inverse with a stronger exponent on its original finite-bin contract; M57 merely uses the imported global contract on the fixed line . Global reciprocal control does not enlarge the permitted physical heights, plain-reflection family, detector windows or restoration scope.
For the original nonprincipal plain row use M47–M48’s primitive character and fixed -only redundant radical. The existing functional equation/Rademacher supplier at the fixed real value corresponds to and the absolutely convergent dual line . It gives
Here is precisely M47’s original primitive conductor. The gamma quotient has height degree ; the M48 divisor mass is $\sum_{d\mid\mathfrak R_u}q_d^{\theta-1/2} =\sum_{d\mid\mathfrak R_u}q_d^{1/20}=O_{\mathcal A}(1)$. Entireness and the supplied smooth calculus pay this fixed shift and its joins. This uses the existing reflection supplier at a fixed real line, not M49 verbatim, which states integer . It uses neither the endpoint nor a -dependent displacement. A moving deletion radical on this negative line would incur an additional cost; M47’s fixed mask is essential.
Count every physical row and consume it in M1. For , let be the retained nonprincipal physical rows , , in each original presentation. At a fixed good radical there are at most valuation assignments, all included. The physical annulus only restricts this list. The supplied divisor bound is because . Ordinary ideal counting at , with all finite valuations , six units and original ray and presentation labels, therefore gives the first two lines below. For every fixed , put . For every final , sufficiently large and every in M4, M57–M58 give, uniformly on the stated original profile family,
This counts physical sixth-power-free rows, not distinct primitive inducers. Rows sharing an inducer retain every valuation and finite-label multiplicity. The positive conductor mass is used in its upper-bound direction, including when . The one final finite-order coupled envelope must control , every required mixed derivative product and all integration and restoration products, together with the paid errors below. Here bounds the actual total common heights after original separations and translations. Coherent presentation reconstruction uses this actual coupled envelope, not orthogonality of presentations or an independent allowance for each supplier.
Only the following cap is retained. With and , the worst-corner raw gap is exactly
The full M4 variation is . The strict lower bound gives , not an alternative exact value for . The upper bound gives . Fixed annular/conductor constants alter only implied constants and the sufficiently-large- threshold. Thus the cap is above every M4 plain-length exponent.
The unchanged M46 remainder and one final cost. Let multiply by on the identical original row coordinates, for each original presentation and orientation, with the cut fixed under every profile derivative. Keep exactly M46’s and . In the following vector identities denotes the full M1 vector, whereas in a subscript denotes that scalar cutoff. Reuse M55 with the same complete vector and its combined squared-error reserve:
No paid column is masked and is not factorized. Every original coefficient, sign, Möbius coupling, collision zero and within-row interference term stays in the same vector. Only the orthogonal original-row projection is used; finite coherent reconstruction still pays its common cost. The reserve is , unchanged from M46/M55, never the Type-I-only in M45.
With the same final envelope and actual heights, the sufficient budget and resulting projected estimate are
Fix the internal derivative orders and polynomial height degrees before choosing the one source height exponent, compatible with M41–M45’s detector and original finite-height constraints. Then choose the external tail orders as in M45 and a single finite final , independent of , covering both slot bounds, all required derivatives, paid errors and restoration. Increasing external decay order differentiates untwisted profiles and does not renew a height allowance. All preliminary powers, bins/dyads, labels, joins, tails, parameter choices and frequency integrations share the displayed total budget. Existence of the final envelope, its actual aggregate cost at that , and a compatible original finite-height/tail contract remain unproved premises. Choosing or naming establishes none of them.
For sufficiently large , this conditional cap contains the former sector for every fixed throughout M4, including the already paid proper-cube block M52–M54; those payments are not claimed anew. The entire same-vector complement remains unestimated by this application. All principal exceptions, other separate original exceptions and unpaid heights retain their original obligations. Full H and the complete M46 estimate remain unproved. Even full H with its named premises would serve only M19–M30’s original- bare nonunit branch: the other original- components, full C68/J40, common-beta signed Möbius/ aggregation, physical-row restoration, signed Robin and RH remain unpaid. There is no source-proof, Lean or priority certification.
The original generator composed with its fixed local parent
This application supplies the coupled-profile cost for exactly the fixed
original- bare nonunit branch of M19–M30, conditional on the named
printed analytic laws. Those laws, their transports, and any invoked H
estimate remain ASSUMED-UNVERIFIED; no source-major-proof, Lean or
priority certification is supplied. Reuse the pinned primary’s

The Fourier, Mellin, Sobolev and C118-to-C96/C97 arguments are already

amplitude normalization and joint cost for this consumer.
The detector that actually generates the profiles. In the primary’s

Here are M1’s centrally normalized polynomials with those literal profiles, and is the original unnormalized detector dyad. The selected bin retains , and hence , with the original fixed in the cumulative allowance. The fixed annular supports and are independent of . The detector retains , and ; after saturation its obey the original , and . The three-slot applications retain M4 and . The primary supplies, for every fixed , and $\int_{|\nu|>cT_1}(1+|\nu|)^K|\widehat H|,d\nu \ll_{K,L,c}T_1^{-L}$, uniformly on these actual dyads. Witness selection is made from the integral. Only afterwards is the same-profile formed on that row and presentation; it is not identified with .
Put and . At every fixed final order their seminorms and all required finite derivatives are uniform, including . Keep in the arithmetic Mellin argument, as in M57 with . Literal twisted-profile seminorms can instead cost in ; they are not uniformly bounded. Parameter Sobolev acts on bounded and the one common growing coordinate. Its unit-box sum costs one factor . Derivatives leave the row cuts and arithmetic coefficients fixed; the actual products are consumed using $|M_{u,j}S_{u,k}S_{u,l}|^2 \le |M_{u,j}|^2(|S_{u,k}|^4+|S_{u,l}|^4)/2$. The original bins, dyadic pairs and finite labels give cells. A conservative coherent squared allowance is , shared with the original witness and outer-dyad logarithms in the existing single small-loss allocation.
Absolute-line identities and the annular payment route. Write , and let denote the imaginary contour coordinates. With fixed as in M31, keep exactly
These are identities on absolute lines: for example and . is exactly M32, and the minus sign is exactly M34. The full , collision indicator, Möbius coupling and original zero extensions stay inside the joint series. No factorization or analytic continuation of is asserted. For M1 the corresponding absolute identity replaces by . Only the existing Type-I/full-inverse/plain contour arguments are shifted. In M41–M45, keeps the nonannular on a compact positive real interval; its pole at zero is not crossed. Annular transforms use the already available real lines. Their joint weighted absolute masses at every required fixed order are uniformly supplied by the printed smooth calculus. Real powers remain on their arithmetic edges, not in coefficient mass. Neither finite mass of nor the annular H/M38 estimates supplies a frequencywise estimate for . Its displayed identity is not used to pay a remainder energy or the cost below. Likewise the four-coordinate Type-I identity is not the payment used for M45: that payment keeps both plain slots annular and separates only the inverse slot.
For every actual amplitude separation, use the precise mass rule
Squared weighted Minkowski is an equivalent usable estimate. A mass rule is used only after its arithmetic antecedent has been supplied for its literal input. The finite edges used here are the following; write , , and as in M63, retaining their original annuli.
-
Detector and annular leaves. The actual detector measure is . Its are the full-line moments printed after M63; retained restrictions can only decrease their absolute masses. The dyad amplitude has the real factor , hence payment $(DN)^{1-2\sigma}m_0(d\mu_{\rm det}) m_K(d\mu_{\rm det})$ if its amplitude is squared. Its input is the original annular , bounded on the same bins by the primary’s pointwise
lem:detector-dyadsestimates. Witness selection uses and the stated cell count. It does not integrate the subsequently formed . The old inverse/plain moments used in M22 and any invoked H apply directly to their stated annular polynomials and finite derivative profiles: this leaf has identity coefficient mass . H remains an unproved arithmetic antecedent, not a conclusion of M65. -
The full-vector half-cap edge. M57 and M58 apply to the complete original inverse and the original nonprincipal plain polynomial. On their actual shifted lines define
Here , . Translating the pure twist gives by precisely the M57–M58 shifts; no occurs. The original reciprocal bound on and M48’s primitive reflection on give, before integration and for a fixed finite ,
The gamma quotient has amplitude degree , and each plain slot carries M48’s actual finite deletion mass ; the fourth power above is its squared-product payment. The fixed factor in the conductor scale stays in M48’s reflection constant. Original reciprocal deletion costs are the same as M57. M59 supplies the physical sum $\sum_{\mathcal U_c}C_u^{11/5}\ll Q^{(16/5)c+\varepsilon}$, with every original multiplicity. M65 therefore charges the joint product , bounded by a constant times at sufficiently large finite . This recovers exactly the arithmetic edge of M59, not a bound for the separated R series.
-
The paid Type-I edge. For M41’s , the payment is M34/M43’s two-coordinate integral on , , with both slots still annular:
On the retained rectangle M32/M42–M43 supply the estimate for this exact , including its full correction, original reciprocal and global squared-character reciprocal. The plain factors use
lem:detector-dyadson their original annular profiles, not a bound for bare . Before small losses, the energy scale on the actual bin , , is , times the stated derivative/profile and polynomial height costs. The joint squared mass is ; together with the annular plain-fourth cost it is bounded by a fixed constant times . The nonannular is fixed and . Summing these original bin estimates is exactly M44–M45’s Type-I payment, with its unchanged reserve. The discarded parts remain on M43’s global lines; bounded joins use the same contour density with one real path coordinate and the printed pointwise Mellin bound. M57–M58’s one-variable joins and tails use the corresponding densities. Their absolute/global arithmetic majorants and real scale powers are those already supplied there; none uses a locally shifted infinite reciprocal line. -
The annular collision edge. For each required derivative profile use literally of M38/M46. Its annular support and envelope, not an estimate for , are the antecedents of M38’s collision argument. In its actual compression (where is a column, not the common norm height), let be the row vector contributed by that . The coefficient-norm estimate in M5/M38 gives , where $E_{\rm col}=Q^{-1/3+\varepsilon}F_6(Q,DN^2) p_{f,J}^2p_{g_\sigma,J}^4(1+|h|)^{C_{\rm col}}$. The exact finite sum has from the original annular support. Using coefficient weight and integrand pays the true squared mass $(\sum_{q_b^6\le C DN^2}q_b^{-3})^2 \le(\sum_bq_b^{-3})^2<\infty$. Every zero and phase remains inside ; only the positive fixed- norm is enlarged as in M5.
All these suppliers apply after each of the finitely many required profile derivatives. For a multi-index , differentiating gives the actual coefficients for , with total amplitude mass ; Cauchy charges that mass, not unit mass. The mixed plain derivative products use the inequality printed after M63. No derivative acts on , , the collision indicator or a row cut. In particular M57–M61 give on identical rows
Thus the two-term coherent error has exactly M61’s factor ; the projected remainder uses the displayed . This half-cap payment uses M57–M61 without assuming H. Its combined reserve stays . This is a vector identity followed by triangle inequalities, never a factorization or continuation of R. Without the projection, M39–M40/M46 retain the full-target equivalence: a strict complete remainder saving is still missing, equivalently H under the named premises. If H is invoked, its annular derivative estimates enter directly; no unannularized Mellin integrand is passed to H. Each actual finite coherent presentation reconstruction also retains when squared. No presentation orthogonality is used. Parameter Sobolev now integrates these supplied annular derivative energies over bounded and the one common interval. This positive energy integral costs , with bounded overlap; it is not a new amplitude separation or a second squared-volume cost.
The preceding local parent and its normalization. The parent is C114–C118’s expanded bilinear kernel, not M1 or M63. Retain exactly M30’s original , corefree/common-, , , , , , with no added angular multiplier and all four actual choices per C80 side. Its scales , are distinct from . With C114’s and unchanged restricted physical rows, reuse exactly C115’s and C118’s measure, abbreviating its full finite label tuple by :
The planar pairing is C116’s self-dual pairing; only the four log coordinates produce . The phase remains on the same restricted rows and has modulus one. Independent side signs in M66 are the C80/C94 slot tests, not unequal replacements for the common M1 witness . The original finite character , total-class characters, ray/unit//C56 multipliers, deletions, masks, conjugates and zeros retain exactly C81/C88’s transport. includes any externally split unit/ labels. Each copy of R43’s full table has mass , not its trivial coefficient . C118 already supplies in M30/C96–C97. That edge is linear in : it is an expanded bilinear integral and is not squared again. M65 is applied only at edges that actually square amplitudes.
For the two literal C80 sides the remaining contour edge is exactly C88/C94, for all four choices, not a detector polynomial. After translating M66’s pure twists, its coefficient density for is
Here are the corresponding two fixed cutoffs from C116; all original stay in . The arithmetic integrand is C88’s full joint and scalar quotient, with still on that edge. C94 supplies its bound on the same restricted rows and same buffered arguments, including every deletion and product squarefreeness zero. The real scale cost remains , and the global right-strip alternative is still C77/C82’s cap. The four-choice amplitude uses the disjoint-union measure , with actual when squared, not unit mass for each choice. C88/C94’s absolute-line tails and bounded joins use their printed global/pointwise majorants. These coefficient masses are finite uniformly by the same smooth calculus; pure parent twists remain in the arithmetic arguments. C84 and C96’s small- and edges instead use their stated absolute divisor/count bounds, with no new Mellin-family assumption. The two column energies are then square-rooted in the same-row Cauchy product before the single linear C118 integral; neither their masses nor is squared a second time.
One composed cost at the final order. Let be the nonnegative coefficient/profile cost of exactly these annular and C88/C94 edges, their finite derivative sums, coherent cells and retained-height Sobolev restoration. The R integral and the four-variable Type-I identity in M64 are excluded from its payment graph. The full-vector half-cap route has ; the paid inverse route has with the plain slots left annular; the collision route has the displayed discrete squared mass; M61 uses . Direct H or old annular-moment leaves have identity mass and retain their own arithmetic hypotheses. The detector’s actual mass is charged at its witness edge only. This is one common cost, not a new estimate for any arithmetic family. Real arithmetic powers are kept at their original edges; the unproved H saving is excluded. Discarded global-line errors are normalized to their existing paid scale when included in this cost. Fix the internal squared arithmetic/derivative height degree covering all invoked suppliers and paid errors (including H’s stipulated degree if H is invoked) before choosing external decay orders. Uniform untwisted-profile bounds and the just-instantiated arithmetic antecedents allow M65 on those edges. Their joint masses, finite sums and one common-height Sobolev volume give
Here covers the combined polynomial frequency degree of the final child seminorms, analytic suppliers and tail majorants. The one extra height power is the one growing volume. The common bin count obtained from these annular witnesses is reused on both C80 sides; each column energy takes its square root before their Cauchy product. There are no two independent witness-height volumes. Parent powers are integrated against C118, not replaced by ; the planar phase needs no height power. Increasing final for external smooth decay changes finite input orders, not the already fixed . Discarded pieces use their original absolute/global arithmetic majorants and the corresponding weighted moments; M67 does not extend a local reciprocal estimate outside its buffered domain. For clarity, the discarded parent-frequency part uses, for every fixed , the actual bound
C118 supplies the higher joint moment. Multiplying by the existing absolute-line costs at most on M30’s retained range, so the late choice below pays it. Equivalently, on this discarded region ; enlarging the fixed includes its normalized error cost in M67–M68 without asserting local reciprocal control there. These are integrated parent tails, not horizontal contour traces.
For prescribed , choose C117–C118 once with
This is one actual composed sum/integral, including its masses, not separate slot envelopes. If the physical dyads are summed inside it, their original outer-dyad logarithms use the same small-loss allocation; no new allowance is assigned to each summand. For fixed original , is independent of . The shellwise version has decay; suffices for exactly M30/C96’s existing tail. This reuses that weighted tail and yields no new arithmetic exponent. A varying input or preceding signed family still needs C119’s actual final-order bound, including its height costs. Fixed inputs do not supply that bound.

Thus, under the printed laws for the literal arithmetic inputs listed above, M68 supplies the final common envelope for this fixed local input with cost . For every prescribed positive local loss it fits M30’s existing single allowance by choosing the permitted height exponent after the fixed internal orders. It does not improve M62’s half-cap arithmetic or its combined error reserve, and implies no C80 row filter from that cap. M30/C97 still use to cancel the raw Gauss-pair once, and to restore the two sides. There is no extra arithmetic saving.
This supplies the fixed-local-input envelope premise only. H, the full M46 saving and its complement, principal and other exceptional rows, unpaid heights, other branches and added signed families retain their obligations. The original -to- map, floor and small-scale cases, sixth-power repetitions and restoration stay in M19–M30/C94–C97. Full C68/J40, full signed Robin and RH remain unproved.
