Use and boundary

Credits the established transitionless-driving mechanism behind moving-code transport. The RT addition separately derives the projector and frame-connection formula for a specified isometry. Constructing a transport Hamiltonian after a path is prescribed does not determine the equation that selects that path, its geometric locality, or spacetime curvature.
