Primary source and scope
Markus Hasenöhrl and Matthias C. Caro, Journal of Mathematical Physics 63 (2022), 072204. The primary arXiv record identifies v2 as revised 21 July 2022 and supplies the DOI and generator scope. No numbered full-text theorem is asserted from an abstract-only check.

Credits the established theory of channels that do not transmit information in a prohibited direction. Section 36 separately intersects the observed algebras of overlapping vertices in the specified simple-graph code. Its single-edge-flip conclusion does not rule out all correlated noise or all interacting first-moment closure.
The conditional-flip counterexample and its optimal current-marginal prediction error are calculated from the actual finite generator. They are not consequences of an assumed general semicausal representation, and no Lean declaration is claimed.
