Atomic relations, rank-three defects and fixed-point completions
Research source record, 2026-09-29. Owner: docs/develop/theory/MONSTER_LOCAL_COMPLETION_AND_CUBIC_RESPONSE.md, reconciled appendix §§28–34. Ordinary mathematics, not a Lean proof or a novelty certificate.
Synchronization and source ownership
The conversation bundle originally proposed AD §§20–29 against PR #10310 head b63c3943185863b42ad5adb7d0b861a0dcb644b7, owner blob 623722e2afaff344159b733d36efbe7ddce705c3. Before publication the PR had advanced to 5fe7c4039a16816e9e9862abd25ddcb37c0defa7, owner blob 5826eb5284c90b35add4731a09b7ff7fe4db8198, containing FC §§20–27. The current appendix preserves that source and reuses its carry, 64-module, character and S7 results. It adds the missing full-module compression obstruction, thirty actual simple-current completions and their all-A dual twisted modules, the completion orbit and a direct auxiliary norm proof. Repeated results are not counted as new discoveries.
Fibonacci atomic relations: docs/develop/theory/FIBONACCI_ATOMIC_RELATION_GENERATION.md at dev commit 409ac8ac7e6ea43a5afc318381b0af261543ca73, Git blob 734088bcd52f4f752593942f5ecda392bbc67ea8. The original source-reading record covers free binary trees, additive observations, stable operational quotients and reversible packaging. A two-symbol encoding is not two generators under one algebra multiplication. The pending bundle noted a false divisibility-by-three sentence in Corollary 6.4; owner §33.1 records its parity correction without using that corollary for Monster results or editing the Fibonacci source.
The following literature-reading scope is inherited from the supplied research bundle. The publication pass reruns the exact finite checker and reconciles repository content; it does not claim a fresh independent literature review.
Primary-source inputs
-
Helena Albuquerque and Shahn Majid, Quasialgebra structure of the octonions, Journal of Algebra 220 (1999), 188–224. DOI 10.1006/jabr.1998.7850, https://arxiv.org/pdf/math/9802116 . The bundle records reading the introduction and §§3–4 and visually checking Proposition 4.4 on PDF page 19. Octonions as a cochain-twisted group algebra with a coboundary associator are established literature. The auxiliary associator is not the nontrivial Moonshine anomaly.

John C. Baez, The Octonions, Bull. Amer. Math. Soc. 39 (2002), 145–205; arXiv:math/0105155. Author’s text https://math.ucr.edu/home/baez/octonions/ . Used the Hurwitz classification and Artin’s two-generator associativity statement (node2), plus Fano-plane multiplication (node4). These remain credited existing inputs. The direct left-multiplication matrix proof is written separately in owner §32.

Jethro van Ekeren, Sven Möller and Nils R. Scheithauer, Construction and Classification of Holomorphic Vertex Operator Algebras, J. reine angew. Math. 759 (2020), 61–99, DOI 10.1515/crelle-2017-0046; https://arxiv.org/pdf/1507.08142v3 . The bundle records reading Theorem 2.2, §3 and Theorems 4.1–4.2, with Theorem 4.2 visually checked on PDF page 11. A simple rational C2-cofinite self-contragredient CFT-type VOA with positive non-vacuum simple-current weights admits the stated isotropic extensions; labels L=L-perp give a holomorphic extension. The full hypotheses are retained in owner Definition 28.1. No automatic unitarity for every new extension or realization of arbitrary numerical S/T data is claimed.

Hiroshi Yamauchi, Module categories of simple current extensions of vertex operator algebras, J. Pure Appl. Algebra 189 (2004), 315–328, DOI 10.1016/j.jpaa.2003.10.006; https://arxiv.org/pdf/math/0211255v3 . The bundle records §§2–3, especially Theorems 3.2–3.3. L acts freely on each coset in D, so its stabilizer is trivial and every U-module occurs once in the induced twisted module. The twisting character comes from actual conformal-weight differences. This induction, rather than a character-name substitution, supplies the twisted modules in owner Theorem 30.2.
-
The existing owner’s cyclic orbifold source, https://arxiv.org/pdf/1704.00478 , supplies A+A_T=J-F_A under the original positive type-zero conditions. Kirillov’s https://arxiv.org/pdf/math/0104242 supplies the double-category background under its own hypotheses. Neither removes the explicitly required fixed-point-module realization or simultaneous exact common traces.
Mathematical scope
The seven ground modules generate all 64 labels; the four character classes and their lowest data already reside in FC §23. The new Theorem 30.2 proves, under full module/extension assumptions, that all 30 maximal totally singular choices over the same fixed point have character J and canonical all-A dual involutions. Iterating only these choices cannot produce the B-type defect needed for the earlier selector. Thirty counts labelled extensions, not pairwise nonisomorphic VOAs.
The existing spectral-fusion label group S7 acts transitively on these 30 choices, with electric marking stabilizer GL3(2). No lift of all these permutations to field/OPE automorphisms is proved. The full-module Hom obstruction and failure of a spin-preserving ground-label compression are recorded in §29.
No general FLM uniqueness result, actual existence/nonexistence of the all-A rank-three candidate, QCA-to-CFT limit, complete Griess product, Monster construction or newly solved external conjecture is claimed. Global priority and independent correctness review remain unestablished.
Actual finite checks in the publication pass
https://github.com/the-omega-institute/trureturing-experiments/blob/main/docs/reports/monster-atomic-defect-bridge/atomic_defect_checks.py was rerun with exact integers/Fraction and produced byte-identical atomic_defect_results.json. Both files are unchanged from the supplied bundle. Checker Git blob: 93ecb7cb7a82cfcb3a7dfcc4d5e34493289999df; result Git blob: 1a2a3937430f68a018eaee5a6072bbeef1ed567d.
The checker covers all eight sign tables, the finite quadratic space, truncated character projections, all 30 completions and canonical dual traces, seven-point permutation actions and rational toy octonion vectors. It does not construct a VOA, an intertwiner, an actual extension or a Monster action, and it does not verify Lean or CI. A rerun is execution evidence, not an independent mathematical review.
